Our funds
We don't get any grants or support from central or local Government or from the police.

We are funded by charitable trusts and private donations.  We are particularly grateful to the Nuffield Foundation and the Allen Lane Foundation, without whose support the charity would not have been able to launch or get this far.

Whether you are an individual, a charity or a business, we do need your support if we are to curb street violence and we guarantee your money will be well spent.  If you think you can help or know someone who can, please contact us.

Longer term, if the street violence map is successful in curbing attacks and muggings and police authorities or the public want it to operate in their area, we believe the police force or authority should meet the costs of providing the map and any support service they request from us.  Where they do, any notional profit element generated by the provision of the map and  support will be split between funding (a) this charity's campaigning and educational activities and (b) local anti-violence and community engagement initiatives in that region.  As to the allocation of money in local communities, we plan to consult with people from that area who have signed up to SPARKLE.
